The Strong Body. It’s what we all want. The strength to take us through our days, without getting tired or fatigued. We want our physical form to be able to keep up with our mind. You have a lot to do every day and I want you to do it all! You’re raising kids, working, taking care of those around you, spending time with friends, and all of the other commitments that you have. When you’re strong you get more accomplished, feel great, and your confidence increases.
When I’m with my clients, I focus on his or her own level of fitness. The Barboza Method focuses each exercise on your body’s weight. We strengthen our arms, back, abs, and legs by using our own body weight as resistance. Even without weights, it’s a crazy hard workout. And all you need if yourself!
