Choose from a variety of classes at the studio from the original Barboza Method workout to ballet, yoga, and stretch. Group classes are sold individually, or in class packages of 5, 10, & 20.
Do you plan to come to the studio more than once a week? Then a studio membership may be the best option for you. By becoming a studio member, you get the best deal at the studio, with all-access membership to classes. You gain access to UNLIMITED classes at the studio. Members also receive special offers and access to events throughout the year, as well as our monthly newsletter with exclusive fitness and health tips.

Personal Training

Barboza Method founder Stefanie Barboza and the Barboza Method teachers offer personal training to clients who want to workout one-on-one. Sessions are one hour long, and can be scheduled at your convenience.

Private sessions are offered in The Barboza Method (Advanced and Beginners), contemporary ballet, and competition dance. In a Barboza Method private lesson, Stefanie or another teacher will tailor the hour to your specific needs and training goals. Ballet dancers of all levels can improve technique and form in an hour session. Competition dancers can run their routines with Stefanie guiding their form.

Personal training sessions are available with Stefanie and the other teachers. Call or text 323-545-8151 for details and booking.

The Barboza Method

The Barboza Method is a full-body, no-impact workout done completely on the floor. We focus on posture and alignment. There are no weights and no machines; it's just you, me, and the mat. You will lengthen and strengthen your body through a series of body resistance movements.

Beginners Barboza Method

The Barboza Method is a full-body, no-impact workout done completely on the floor. We focus on posture and alignment. There are no weights and no machines; it's just you, me, and the mat. You will lengthen and strengthen your body through a series of body resistance movements. In Beginners Barboza Method, you will need a wall, cleared of any obstructions, which you will use as a map to stay straight.

Sound Bath

Start your week with a cellular and mental reboot with the relaxing experience fusing the healing effects of chakra-tuned crystal singing bowls with restorative yoga poses. This combination allows those with injuries and physical discomfort to become "unstuck” by targeting the deeper connective tissues; fascia, ligament, and bones, instead of emphasizing muscular activity. Sound vibrations from the bowls resonate throughout the body to help induce the theta brainwave state, promoting meditation and the release of bad vibes, energetic imbalances, and muscular and mental tension. It is often used therapeutically. Sound baths are deeply beneficial to the mind and body.

Stretch Class

This class will gently help you recover lost flexibility and help you gain new flexibility. It is for all levels, and is especially pertinent for those recovering from injuries. You will prevent further injuries, as well as improve circulation through regular practice of these stretches. Individuals of all body types, fitness and flexibility levels are encouraged to take stretch class. With the assistance of a towel, those with less flexibility will be able to achieve a great stretch, as well as strengthening and lengthening muscles. You will need: a mat, a towel (in lieu of a Thera-band.)

Take a journey with me into a deep relaxation. A guided meditation generating positive emotions and clarity for the future. Come to feel at peace, and at one with yourself and the universe.
